India is in crisis because of the second wave of COVID. People are losing friends and family and often don’t have any work or means to earn a living. They are facing fear and the insecurity of not knowing what will happen next.
80% of the population in India is rural but phones and internet are widely available.
The India communications team are connecting thousands of Sangha members throughout India.
Their programmes of online Dharma activities and promoting Centre events, brings the support of the Sangha into people’s lives. Helping them not to panic and to face the difficulties of life in Lockdown.
